Refund Policy

You may cancel most online purchases within 14 days after delivery. To exercise that right, email us clearly within the cancellation period.

Sealed fragrance products

For hygiene and product integrity, fragrance products that were sealed for delivery cannot be returned after the seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Returning an order

After contacting us, return eligible goods unused, complete and securely packed. Unless goods are faulty, return postage is your responsibility. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

Faulty or damaged goods

Contact us promptly with your order details and photographs where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
