These terms apply to purchases made from Amaari Fragrances, an authorised independent UK retailer. Amaari Parfum’s own website terms do not govern purchases made here.

Products and pricing

We take reasonable care to describe products and display prices accurately. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You must be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Liability and legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. English law applies, subject to any mandatory rights available where you live.
